Attorney Mark A. Creech is the founder of The Law Offices of Mark A. Creech, PLLC, serving Charlotte and Sarasota Counties since 2008. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and his Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville.

Mr. Creech began his legal career gaining courtroom and litigation experience with the Duval County State Attorney’s Office, Vernis & Bowling, and the Law Offices of Scott Fortune. In 2008, he opened his own practice to provide accessible, straightforward legal counsel to individuals, families, small businesses, and general legal advice in Southwest Florida.

His practice serves clients throughout Venice, Englewood, Rotonda, Placida, Boca Grande, Manasota Key, North Port, Sarasota, Punta Gorda, Nokomis, Osprey, and Port Charlotte, handling matters involving family law, criminal defense, estate planning, probate, business law, and general legal guidance.

Mr. Creech maintains strong ties to the local community and has volunteered with the Charlotte County and 20th Judicial Circuit Mock Trial Competitions, as well as coaching high school and youth soccer. After almost a decade of service to the local bar associations including the Charlotte County Chapter of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, he is currently the president of the South County Division of the Sarasota County Bar Association. His long-standing presence in the region reflects a commitment to both the legal needs and the civic life of the communities he serves.
